Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Train, motivate, coach, and schedule sales staff to ensure they meet performance targets.
- Sales & Strategy: Implement strategies to maximize revenue, analyze sales data, and identify new business opportunities.
- Operations & Inventory: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, product merchandising, and maintaining a clean environment.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, manage loyalty programs, and ensure excellent service to drive customer retention.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Typically 2-4 years in retail or sales, with 1+ years in a supervisory role.
- Education: High school diploma/GED required a bachelor's degree in marketing or business is often preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Technical: Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office applications.
