- Lead and motivate a team of beauticians and therapists to deliver exceptional sales performance and customer service in skincare products and beauty treatments
- Develop and execute sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed company monthly sales targets

- Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored product recommendations, and close sales effectively
- Support the sales team by providing coaching and guidance to enhance persuasive communication and closing skills
