Main Duties:
- Manage Sales operation of retail outlet
- Provide strong leadership
- Review operation chain and procedures and identify any lapse for improvement to the Directors
- Review sales operation SOP and compliance to make necessary recommendation
- Liaise with supply chain team to ensure smooth operation for the outlets
- Handle complains with care
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the management
Requirements:
. Willing to work on shift and weekends
. Minimum 3 years retail operations experience
