Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Assistant Manager to support business growth by developing new client relationships, managing existing accounts, and achieving sales targets. This role involves working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality service and drive successful sales outcomes, including managing regional client portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote the company's products and services to prospective clients through effective sales and engagement strategies.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive lead generation activities.
  • Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Manage and service a portfolio of regional clients, including clients based in China, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
  • Handle and grow existing client accounts by understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions.
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and sales presentations to clients.
  • Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales deals while ensuring a high level of customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors or partners to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Monitor sales pipeline, track performance, and achieve sales targets set by management.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2-5 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with regional clients proficiency in relevant languages may be required for business communication purposes.
