Job Summary
Support sales strategy execution and order fulfillment by managing customer relations, coordinating internal stakeholders, overseeing supply chain and procurement, controlling costs, and developing a high-performing team aligned with company values.
a) Sales Strategy Execution
- Assist in monitoring the topline and bottom line.
- Partner closely with Sales - Order Management and Factory Merchandising team in managing the order fulfillment to meet customer's expectation.
b)Order Fulfilment and Customer Relations Management
- Conduct market sensing to understand customer's current and potential needs as well as direction.
- Maintain effective relationship with customers through regular communications and any customer engagement activities.
c)Internal Stakeholders Management
- Act as an account owner to effectively communicate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including factories, fabric mills and suppliers to provide the best end-to-end solution to the customers.
d)Team Management
- Manage and develop a high performing team through effective people management practice in accordance with company's policy and guidelines.
e) Order and Supply Chain Management & Procurement
- Manage the supply planning, cost negotiation with key suppliers, raw materials planning and preparation, WIP reporting, traffic management and delivery management.
- Partner closelywith product development teams and customers for all sorts of samplearrangement.
- Manage to ensurecustomer dateline and expectations met.
- Monitor the techpack and timeline for the sample and bulk.
f) Cost Management
- Manage to ensurecosting accuracy and timeliness.
- Partner closelywith factory on exploring cost saving options.
g) TeamDevelopment
- Develop a high performing team equipment with the necessary skills and competency to provide excellent services to the customers while upholding company's value.
