Job Summary
Assist the Sales Manager in driving sales growth by supporting planning, executing, and achieving sales targets while ensuring effective team coordination and customer relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales plans that achieve business objectives
- Coordinate daily sales operations to ensure seamless communication and workflow within the sales team

- Build and sustain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to foster loyalty and business growth

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights for refining sales strategies
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and sales standards to maintain operational compliance
- Actively participate in sales meetings, training programs, and promotional events to support team development
- Assume leadership of the sales team during the Sales Manager's absence to maintain continuity and performance
