Position: Sales Assistant
Job Description:
. Handle customer enquiries and prepare quotations
.Process sales orders, delivery orders, and invoices
. Follow up with customers on orders, deliveries, and payments
. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics team for stock availability and delivery arrangements
. Maintain proper filing of sales documents and customer records
. Support sales team in daily administrative duties
. Prepare simple sales reports when required
Requirements:
. Minimum 1-2 years working experience in sales supportor administrative role
. Able to communicate in English and Mandarin (to liaisewith Mandarin-speaking customers/suppliers)
. Basic computer knowledge inMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
. Responsible, organised, and able towork independently
. Good communication and coordination skills
. Experience inconstruction or hardware industry is an advantage Working Location:
. Tuas area, Singapore
