Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Assistant in the bicycle retail environment. The role involves guiding customers in selecting bicycles, components, and accessories that best suit their riding needs and goals.

Responsibilities include maintaining an engaging and well-organised showroom, assisting with bike and product displays, managing inventory, and processing sales transactions. The Sales Assistant will also play a key role in achieving sales targets, supporting product launches, and contributing to in-store promotions and cycling-related events.

This role offers valuable exposure to internationally recognised premium bicycle brands and products, providing hands-on experience with some of the most advanced technology in the cycling industry.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to engage both new and experienced cyclists
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical cycling products clearly and confidently
• Passion for cycling, with basic knowledge of bicycles, components, and accessories preferred
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets
• Good organisational skills to manage stock, merchandising, and showroom presentation
• Team-oriented attitude with flexibility to support daily retail operations
• Prior experience in retail, sports, or cycling-related environments is an advantage
