Sales & Application engineer

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through creative and proactive sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Continuously identify, develop, and explore new business opportunities with existing and potential customers to achieve sustainable growth

• Manage and develop sales accounts to maintain strong, long-term business relationships

• Adopt creative and effective sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets

• Follow up closely on sales enquiries and submitted quotations to ensure timely conversion

• Collect customer feedback and market/competitor information to support business improvement

• Participate in product training programs (training will be provided)

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Sales experience is an advantage fresh candidates are encouraged to apply

• Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License
