Sales Application Engineer (Machine)

Key Responsibilities

• Support Sales Managers in preparing quotations and technical drawings using AutoCAD.

• Assist the Sales team in creating and managing spreadsheets using Excel.

• Provide technical and project consultation during client meetings and conference calls to support sales activities.

• Gather, analyze, and define customer requirements to ensure accurate project scope.

• Coordinate with global engineering teams to align on project feasibility and technical scope.

• Prepare technical proposals, layout designs, and cost estimations for customized industrial freezing systems.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

• Experience in 3D design engineering using SolidWorks is an advantage.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to support technical discussions with clients and internal teams.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel.

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or a related field.
