Sales & Application Engineer

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Sales & Application Engineer to join our team. You will support both technical and sales activities, help customers with solutions, and assist the sales team in delivering projects successfully. This role is perfect for fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow in a technical and commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

. Handle customer inquiries and prepare quotations.

. Support the sales process from inquiry to deal closure.

. Learn to analyse customer requirements and recommend products or system solutions.

. Provide after-sales support and help solve customer technical issues.

. Assist in preparing proposals, project documentation, and AutoCAD drawings.

. Work closely with sales, fabrication, and vendors to support projects.

. Help maintain order files and track project progress.

. Learn about new products, processes, and technologies.

. Support collection of client payments.

. Follow company policies and safety rules.

Requirements:

. Fresh graduates in Engineering, Mechanical, or related fields are welcome.

. Good communication and teamwork skills.

. Willingness to learn and take on technical and sales challenges.

. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
