Position Overview
We are seeking a sales and project management professional who is hands-on, meticulous, and proactive. The ideal candidate enjoys building strong customer relationships through site visits and technical understanding, and takes full ownership of projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
. Develop and expand sales of industrial air compressors and related equipment within Singapore.
. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, quotation, and negotiation to order closing.
. Conduct site assessments and liaise with customers to ensure proper installation requirements are met.
. Coordinate with engineering and service teams on project implementation, installation, and commissioning.
. Prepare technical proposals, tender submissions, and project documentation.
. Build long-term relationships with clients through reliability, responsiveness, and professionalism.
. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
. Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
. Prior experience (3-5 years) in industrial equipment sales or project management is advantageous but not essential.
. Meticulous and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up discipline.
. Self-motivated and action-driven, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to be firm and professional when required.
. Practical, adaptable, and street-smart, with willingness to travel on-site to meet customers.
