Job Summary
Join MQuest as a Sales and Project Engineer to drive sales growth and project execution by developing strategic sales initiatives and identifying market opportunities for innovative IT solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies aligned with MQuest's business objectives to expand market presence and revenue
- Manage the end-to-end sales workflow to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities for company products and solutions
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams to support project delivery and customer satisfaction
- Communicate effectively in both oral and written forms to present solutions and negotiate with stakeholders
- Work independently with motivation and a proactive approach to meet sales targets and project goals
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in any field, or ITE certification with relevant sales experience
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders and foster positive business relationships
- Prior experience in sales and marketing environments, preferably related to IT or technology solutions
- Self-driven and capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision
