Job Summary
The Sales & Project Coordinator supports business development and project delivery teams by managing sales operations, proposal processes, and project coordination to ensure seamless client engagement and successful project execution.
Responsibilities
Sales Coordination
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales documentation to support the sales team's client engagements
- Coordinate responses to RFPs/RFQs and manage proposal submissions and client documentation
- Maintain and update sales pipeline and CRM records to track opportunities and customer communications
- Organize client meetings, product demos, and webinars to facilitate sales activities
- Develop sales presentations, capability decks, and marketing materials to enhance client outreach
Project Coordination
- Coordinate data analytics, AI, and cloud implementation projects alongside project managers
- Independently manage smaller projects as project coordinator with minimal supervision
- Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables across cross-functional teams
- Schedule project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder updates to ensure alignment
- Maintain project documentation including project plans, meeting minutes, and action items
- Monitor project timelines and escalate risks or delays proactively
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery
Operational Support
- Coordinate internal collaboration between sales, technical consultants, and management teams
- Maintain internal documentation and knowledge repositories to support operational efficiency
- Assist in organizing company events such as webinars, workshops, and industry events to promote engagement
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Marketing, or related field (explicitly stated under Education)
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, project coordination, or business operations
- Experience in IT consulting, technology, or data analytics industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Familiarity with CRM systems or project tracking tools
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced system integrator (SI) environment
