Job Description

The Sales and Operations Manager will play a critical role in driving the company's growth and operational excellence. This position combines strategic sales leadership with operational oversight to ensure smooth production, timely delivery, and superior customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between sales objectives and operational execution, ensuring that the company meets both market demand and quality standards.

Specific Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, food service operators and distributors.

2. Identify new business opportunities, assess market trends and recommend growth initiatives.

3. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and performance reports to track progress and inform decision-making.

5. Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms with clients while ensuring profitability.

6. Coordinate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and product launches.

7. Oversee production scheduling to ensure timely delivery of products according to demand forecasts.

8. Ensure adherence to quality assurance, hygiene and safety standards throughout production.
