Sales and Operations Coordinator (East area/5 days work week)

Responsibilities:

• AutoCAD drafting
• Assist sales on Preparation of tender document / sales quotes
• Assist to follow up with customers on delivery/quotations/accounts receivables
• Prepare reports and documentation with Microsoft excel/words .
• Liaise with vendors/suppliers on quotations and follow-up on delivery schedule.
• Maintain project site records such as toolbox meetings record
• Participate on ISO audits/documents
• Stock pantry, water, and stationery supplies
