B2C Sales & Marketing Specialist (Website Development, TikTok, XHS, LinkedIn & eCommerce)

Tily & Co Pte Ltd is behind Tily Tea — a modern Singaporean herbal tea brand inspired by TCM, caffeine-free, and designed for everyday wellness.
What You'll Be Doing (Real Work, Real Impact)
- Run high-performing digital campaigns across Shopify (website), Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and LinkedIn
- Create engaging short-form content for TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu and Instagram Reels
- Manage LinkedIn marketing, including B2B storytelling, partnerships, and brand positioning
- Plan and host live streaming sessions on TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada
- Manage eCommerce platforms including Amazon, Shopee, and Lazada
- Drive key platform campaigns (9.9, 11.11, 12.12) to maximise sales
- Generate and leverage customer reviews, testimonials, and UGC (online and offline)
- Collaborate with influencers, KOLs, and partners to grow brand reach
- Support product launches and festive campaigns (Chinese New Year, Mid-Autumn Festival, Christmas)
Who You Are
- You create content with a clear goal: conversion and growth
- Strong understanding of Shopify (website), TikTok, XHS, and LinkedIn content and audience behaviour
- Comfortable being on camera for filming, live selling, and engagement
- Able to think across both B2C (social and content) and B2B (partnerships and LinkedIn)
- Hands-on with advertising platforms, analytics, and eCommerce tools
- Fast, creative, and results-driven
