Job Responsibilities:
As a Sales and Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for driving both sales and marketing efforts to generate new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Sales Prospecting & Lead Generation:
- Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach efforts (cold calls, emails, social media).
- Qualify leads, conduct product demonstrations, and present tailored solutions to potential clients.
- Manage and update a sales pipeline using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Marketing Campaigns:
- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and digital advertising.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content (blogs, case studies, brochures) to promote products/services.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to ensure ROI and effectiveness.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing solutions.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Act as the point of contact for clients to resolve issues and answer inquiries.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, new opportunities, and competitive products/services.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales and marketing strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment in strategy, messaging, and execution.
- Coordinate with the product team to ensure customers receive the best solutions.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Track sales and marketing performance using analytics tools.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly reports on sales activities, lead generation, and campaign performance.
Qualifications:
- Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a combination of both.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Google Ads).
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
