As we celebrate our recent opening, we are seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth, strengthen brand positioning, and establish our hotel as a leading destination in the market. This role is pivotal in building momentum post-launch, ensuring sustained visibility, strong occupancy, and long-term commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies that align with brand standards while positioning the hotel competitively in the market.
  • Drive revenue generation through proactive sales efforts, including corporate accounts, partnerships, events, and group bookings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agents, corporate partners, and event planners to maximize business opportunities.
  • Lead post-opening campaigns to sustain brand awareness, guest engagement, and market penetration across digital and traditional channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Rooms, F&B, Finance) to create promotions, packages, and experiences that drive occupancy and revenue.
  • Oversee digital marketing, social media, and PR initiatives, ensuring consistent brand messaging and strong online presence.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and pricing strategies to identify opportunities and refine positioning.
  • Manage and track sales performance metrics, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  • Represent the hotel at industry events, networking sessions, and trade shows, enhancing visibility and partnerships.
  • Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team, fostering a high-performance and results-driven culture.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing within a 4-5 star hotel environment, preferably with opening or post-opening experience.
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, and managing key accounts.
  • Strong understanding of hotel sales segments (corporate, leisure, MICE, OTA, and partnerships).
  • Excellent knowledge of digital marketing, distribution channels, and revenue strategies.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable commercial plans.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM systems, and sales/reporting tools.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing or mentoring teams.
  • Professional, results-oriented, and brand-conscious, with the ability to represent the hotel effectively to clients, partners, and stakeholders.
