Attachment Description
This position reports to the Director and Trainer and works closely with the operations, technical, and administrative teams. As a newly established company, Boostzone Autosports Pte. Ltd. requires additional structured support to build its sales and marketing capabilities, customer acquisition processes, and brand presence. The company is committed to developing a performance-driven and customer-focused culture that emphasises professionalism, service quality, continuous improvement, and the systematic development of its workforce.

Specific Responsibilities
Individual to be involved in:

1. Managing customer sales enquiries across walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, and social media channels, from initial contact to service confirmation.

2.Preparing service quotations, promotional packages, and conducting follow-ups to support sales conversion and repeat business.

3.Planning and executing marketing activities, including social media content and workshop promotions, to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

4.Coaching and guiding service and sales team members on customer communication, basic sales techniques, and promotion awareness to ensure consistent service standards

5.Coordinating with workshop technicians and service staff to ensure accurate service recommendations, pricing clarity, and timely vehicle handover.

6.Tracking sales performance, customer follow-ups, and marketing outcomes using manual records or spreadsheets, and providing basic updates and on-the-job training feedback to management


Technical Skills and Competencies
1.To learn how to create actionable sales goals, target markets, and performance metrics aligned with company objectives.

2.To gain skills in building strong customer relationships, negotiating deals, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

3.Understand automotive products and services - To acquire detailed knowledge of vehicles, parts, and automotive services to provide accurate information and tailored recommendations to customers.

4.To gain experience in tracking customer interactions, managing leads, and maintaining accurate client records for sales follow-up and reporting.

5.To develop the ability to monitor sales data, evaluate marketing campaigns, and identify opportunities for business growth

6.To learn how to implement sales and marketing processes from scratch, including brand promotion, customer acquisition strategies, and service improvement initiative
