Sales and Marketing Executive

.Job Summary.

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to support business growth through proactive sales efforts and strategic marketing initiatives. This role combines client acquisition, relationship management, and brand promotion to drive revenue and increase market presence.

.Key Responsibilities.

.Sales.

. Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals

. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing

. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations

. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline

.Marketing.

. Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels

. Manage social media platforms and create engaging content

. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs

. Support branding initiatives and promotional events

. Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals

. Track and analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements

.Requirements.

. Local Polytechnic Diploma, A level graduate or Degree holders are all welcome

. 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role

. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently

. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools

. Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
