Key Duties & Responsibilities
Sales Execution & Account Support
- Support the implementation of local go-to-market, sales, and customer strategies for assigned Modern Trade customers.
- Assist in executing promotions, price activities, and new product launches in line with approved plans.
- Support coordination with supermarket buyers and store teams on execution matters, including displays and in-store activities.
Execution Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor and support 5P execution (availability, pricing, promotion, placement/share of shelf, presence) and highlight execution gaps for follow-up.
- Prepare sales reports, promotion summaries, and sales/margin tracking for internal review.
- Support post-promotion evaluations by compiling data and assisting in analysis.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales Admin, Supply Chain, Marketing) to ensure smooth execution of orders, promotions, and campaigns.
- Support new product listings and BTL activities in collaboration with the Marketing team.
Market & Customer Support
- Assist in gathering market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing, and promotional trends.
- Build working relationships with customers and internal teams to support business objectives.
Required Functional Skills & Knowledge
- Basic to sound selling skills with exposure to Modern Trade or FMCG environments.
- General understanding of supplier and customer relationship management, including supply chain coordination, field marketing, and branding execution.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of Excel functions, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, for data processing and reporting.
