Assist in customer service such as handling enquiries, showroom duties, appointment bookings, etc.
Perform strong backend support to our sales team, including quotation preparation, sample preparation, payment verifications, product training arrangements, and so on.
Coordinate with Operations Division on order status, and liaise with customers on order fulfilment and delivery.
Render support in marketing activities including keeping stock of marketing collaterals, point entries for our rewards program.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
Candidate should possess at least a Diploma or equivalent.
Good command of English and preferably bilingual in English and Mandarin.
Proficient in MS office applications. Software skills such as Adobe Illustrator will be an advantage.
Preferably 1 - 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Good customer service and good team player.
Independent, highly organized with pro-active attitude.
