Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Xiao Hong Shu.
• Create, schedule, and manage engaging social media content.
• Respond to online enquiries and convert leads into appointments and sales.
• Manage customer appointments and follow-ups using CRM systems.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports with insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with the operations team to support promotions, events, and new outlet launches.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and social media platforms.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
• Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or sales is preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiao Hong Shu.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Outgoing personality with a passion for marketing and sales.
