Key Responsibilities

Marketing Support

  • Manage the company's LinkedIn account and support digital marketing activities.
  • Create engaging content for LinkedIn, newsletters, and other marketing channels.
  • Prepare internal marketing updates and communications.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and email communications.
  • Maintain and organise marketing collateral, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Assist in developing marketing content, graphics, and other communication materials.
  • Support branding initiatives and ensure marketing materials remain up to date.

Events& Customer Engagement

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of customer events, seminars, exhibitions, webinars, and trade shows.
  • Assist with customer visits, product demonstrations, training sessions, and partner workshops.
  • Coordinate event logistics, registrations, and marketing materials.
  • Assist with post-event follow-up, reporting, and customer communications.

Sales Support

  • Prepare quotations using standard company templates.
  • Maintain CRM records, customer databases, and sales opportunity information.
  • Track quotation status and assist with customer follow-ups.
  • Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other sales documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the regional sales team as required.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other content creation tools is an advantage.
