Key Responsibilities
Marketing Support
- Manage the company's LinkedIn account and support digital marketing activities.
- Create engaging content for LinkedIn, newsletters, and other marketing channels.
- Prepare internal marketing updates and communications.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and email communications.
- Maintain and organise marketing collateral, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Assist in developing marketing content, graphics, and other communication materials.
- Support branding initiatives and ensure marketing materials remain up to date.
Events& Customer Engagement
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of customer events, seminars, exhibitions, webinars, and trade shows.
- Assist with customer visits, product demonstrations, training sessions, and partner workshops.
- Coordinate event logistics, registrations, and marketing materials.
- Assist with post-event follow-up, reporting, and customer communications.
Sales Support
- Prepare quotations using standard company templates.
- Maintain CRM records, customer databases, and sales opportunity information.
- Track quotation status and assist with customer follow-ups.
- Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other sales documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the regional sales team as required.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other content creation tools is an advantage.
