Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive with proven experience in chemical cleaning agent products and strong expertise in social media marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing brand awareness, and expanding market presence through both traditional and digital marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell chemical cleaning agent products to new and existing customers
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and market segments
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase product awareness and sales
- Manage and grow company presence on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Create engaging content, promotions, and advertisements for social media and digital platforms
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer training when required
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and marketing performance analyses
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging
- Coordinate with authority on the approved use of any new product
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and marketing of chemical cleaning agents or related products
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging marketing content
- Familiarity with online advertising tools and analytics is an advantage
- Valid driving license (if field sales is required
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Chemistry, or a related field
- Experience in B2B sales and industrial or commercial cleaning products
- Knowledge of branding, lead generation, and content marketing strategies
