Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to promote photography products, assist customers, support marketing campaigns, and build strong relationships to drive sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Promote photography products including cameras, lenses, camera bags, and accessories to target customers
- Assist customers by responding to product enquiries and providing tailored recommendations
- Support marketing campaigns, product launches, workshop/event and create engaging social media content to increase brand awareness
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, dealers, and partners to enhance customer loyalty and business opportunities
- Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques and customer engagement
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Passion for photography, cameras, or content creation to better connect with customers and products
- Good communication and customer service skills to effectively assist and engage customers
- Sales or marketing experience to support sales growth and campaign execution
- Basic knowledge of camera gear to provide informed product advice
