To support our core business of sale of music instruments and accessories, instrument repairs and rentals, the role includes:
Job Description
- Sales responsibilities include serving both B2B and B2C customers
- B2B sales: creating quotations and maintaining business relationship with key clients
- B2C sales: attending to customer enquiries from various channels, including calls, emails, online, walk-in retail
- Work closely with the Director to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
- Digital marketing including updating of website, marketplaces and social media pages
- Run promotional campaigns and assist at external sales events
- Managing showroom display and merchandising
- Support with shop operations, including handling of incoming stocks, delivery arrangements, admin tasks
- Full time, onsite job
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma or degree
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good team player with the ability to work independently
- Passion for the wind instrument industry, playing an instrument is an advantage
- Develop deep understanding of the music instrument industry over time
- Willingness to learn and take on a wide variety of tasks
- Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office and basic graphic design skills
