Responsibilities:

  • Assisting sales representative in preparing quotations including pricing calculations, customization options based on customer requirements.
  • Serving as a point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, providing timely and accurate information, and liaising between customers and the sales team to address issues and resolve queries.
  • Providing administrative support to the sales team, such as preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, managing sales documentation, and organizing sales meetings and presentations.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Assisting in the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
  • Managing and creating online content on various platforms such as websites, social media, etc.
  • Coordinating events, such as trade shows, conferences, and product launches.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, such as sales team, to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business goal.
  • Tracking and analyzing the performance of sales marketing campaigns.
  • Providing support for various marketing initiatives, such as email campaigns, and exhibition activities.
  • Providing training and support to sales team members on sales processes, product knowledge, and use of sales tools and systems to enhance their effectiveness in achieving sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Good time management.
  • Good communication and writing skills.
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and Digital Marketing.
