Job Description & Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assisting sales representative in preparing quotations including pricing calculations, customization options based on customer requirements.
- Serving as a point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, providing timely and accurate information, and liaising between customers and the sales team to address issues and resolve queries.
- Providing administrative support to the sales team, such as preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, managing sales documentation, and organizing sales meetings and presentations.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assisting in the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
- Managing and creating online content on various platforms such as websites, social media, etc.
- Coordinating events, such as trade shows, conferences, and product launches.
- Collaborating with internal teams, such as sales team, to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business goal.
- Tracking and analyzing the performance of sales marketing campaigns.
- Providing support for various marketing initiatives, such as email campaigns, and exhibition activities.
- Providing training and support to sales team members on sales processes, product knowledge, and use of sales tools and systems to enhance their effectiveness in achieving sales targets.
Requirements:
- Good time management.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and Digital Marketing.
