Job Description

Working Hours
. 5 or 5.5 days work week
. Shift-based schedule:
- 8:30am to 5:00pm
- 12:30pm to 9:00pm

Key Responsibilities
. Engage and interact with customers during events and promotional activities
. Attend to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner
. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements
. Minimum 18 years old
. Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
. Willingness to learn and positive working attitude
