Role Summary

This role is a strategic early hire that sits at the intersection of revenue operations and marketing execution. You will make the regional sales team more effective by ensuring that leads, campaigns, follow-ups, reporting and event motions run with discipline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain CRM and marketing data hygiene, ensuring accurate lead, account, and contact information across the region.
  • Coordinate and execute sales and marketing initiatives, including campaigns, events, webinars, and partner activities, with strong follow-through.
  • Support creation, updating, and QA of sales and marketing content, ensuring brand, compliance, and PDPA standards are met.
  • Prepare regular reports and trackers on pipeline, activities, campaign/event performance, and basic forecasts for leadership.
  • Handle core operations and administration (scheduling, agendas, meeting notes, shared folders, asset libraries) and coordinate smoothly across sales, finance, and Mar Comm.
  • Coordinate seamlessly across sales, finance, and marketing communications teams.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong numeracy and comfort working with data - proficient in Excel (pivot tables, lookups), data cleaning, and building dashboards or trackers using Excel,Google Sheets, or BI tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to extract actionable insights from campaign and pipeline data, including conversion rates, lead velocity, funnel drop-off, cost per lead(CPL), attribution, and marketing analytics.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong written communication, and structured execution habits.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Confident in coordinating with stakeholders across departments, and competing priorities.
  • High ownership and resourcefulness - able to close loops independently and solve problems proactively.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude and resilience under pressure
  • Candidates available to start immediately will be preferred.

Tools comfort

  • Exposure to or familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce or equivalent).
  • Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp or equivalent).
  • Simple web/content workflows (WordPress or similar) is a plus.

Good to have

  • Exposure to cybersecurity, compliance, regulated industries, or B2B professional services.
  • Experience supporting webinars, events, or partner ecosystem programs.
  • Exposure to SQL, Google Sheets scripting, or basic automation tools (Zapier, Make, Power Automate) for data workflows.

Important Note on Compliance and ExternalCommunications

This role supports marketing and sales execution and must operate within the company's marketing governance, approval chain, prohibited content rules, and PDPA obligations.
