The Sales & Logistics Administrator supports the Sales and Production teams in daily administrative and logistics operations. This role involves processing customer orders, coordinating samples, and preparing shipment documentation to ensure smooth and timely fulfilment.
Responsibilities
Sales Administration:
Assist the Sales team with new customer registration and updating customer information in the company's ERP system.
Support customer sample requests, including preparation and coordination of local and overseas dispatch.
Process and enter customer sales orders into the system accurately.
Assist in preparing customer-related documents such as technical and safety data sheets and other required information.
Logistics & Operations:
Prepare basic shipping documents such as packing slips and invoices for customer orders.
Assist in preparing logistics and regulatory documentation for customs clearance, including certificates and permits, with guidance provided.
Coordinate with internal teams to support production scheduling and order fulfilment.
Liaise with freight forwarders and logistics partners on shipment arrangements.
Assist with applications for import licences and submission of customs-related documents.
Support the preparation and submission of cost statements or declarations to customs authorities.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Work closely with the Production Department to support order processing and shipment timelines.
Coordinate with the Finance Department on invoicing and order-related documentation.
Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant internship or entry-level experience are welcome to apply.
Interest in sales administration, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Willingness to learn ERP systems and import/export procedures.
Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
