Job Summary

Valmont Marketing Group seeks a full-time Events Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and follow up on client events. This on-site role in Singapore requires collaboration with clients and internal teams to deliver engaging, seamless events that exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end event planning, including coordination with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and high client satisfaction
• Execute marketing strategies tailored to each event to maximize engagement and brand visibility
• Organize multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members to foster strong working relationships
• Apply project management and organizational skills to deliver events on time and within scope
• Adapt to changing event requirements and resolve issues promptly to maintain event quality

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communication, or a relevant field is a plus
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
