Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain new customer relations in favor of the company's long-term growth.
- Analyze global markets to find ways to penetrate to new customers for UHP gas component/box manufacturing capability sales.
- Develop strategies to market and represent the company at global forums.
- Formulate and execute sales and marketing strategies in alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
- Identify the gaps in latest requirements and industry standards for product roadmap through customer engagements.
- Develop Revenue targets and strategies to meet and beat the revenue of sales.
- Lead market expansion initiatives, identify new business opportunities, and drive customer acquisition.
- Oversee model matching, pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and approval of major quotations.
- Supervise and review order entry, order follow-up, and ensure accuracy in the Sales Statistics Report (order volume, delivery schedule, fulfilment rate, delivery documentation, and performance analysis).
- Manage accounts receivable collection, ensure timely invoicing, and monitor credit control.
- Conduct monthly reconciliation with key accounts and ensure financial accuracy.
- Resolve delivery schedule exceptions, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide customers with accurate and timely delivery and shipment information.
- Handle escalated customer complaints, implement corrective actions, and ensure continuous improvement.
- Ensure proper documentation for non-standard product specifications, with clear remarks in the order system.
- Maintain and regularly update customer pricing structures and approval processes.
- Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
Education / Experience / Languages:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience.
- Passionate and highly motivated towards work and highly optimistic individual.
- Possess high level relationships with Foundries, Semi-con OEMs, IDCs and fabs
- Experience in managing business development team.
- Well versed with technical specifications of UHP gas components and systems.
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, customer relationship management, and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Microsoft dynamics is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
