Sales and Accounts Intern

We are an importer, wholesaler and distributor of international vegetable goods. We are looking for interns to support us in finance, accounts and wholesale sales.

Sales and Accounts Intern

Job scope:

- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, invoices, and sales orders

- Support day-to-day sales operations, including order processing and customer follow-ups

- Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and pricing lists

- Assist in basic accounting tasks such as data entry, reconciliation of sales and stocks, and filing of

financial documents

- Assist in tracing accounts receivable and payable, and following up on outstanding payments

- Prepare simple sales and financial reports using Excel or accounting software

- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, warehouse, or finance) to ensure accurate order

fulfilment

- Any other ad-hoc as assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed education in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related fields

- Basic understanding of sales processes and accounting principles

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle numbers accurately

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Willingness to learn and take initiative

- Non-user of e-cigarettes and cigarettes.

- Willing to hands on.

- Prior internship or part-time experience in sales or accounting is an advantage but not required
