Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Analyst to support financial planning, sales data analysis, and strategy development. The role involves data collection, trend analysis, sales forecasting, reporting, and working closely with stakeholders to improve sales performance across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform strategic decisions
  • Perform statistical analysis and develop sales forecasts to guide business planning
  • Create and maintain sales reports and dashboards, presenting actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Automate recurring sales reports to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy
  • Assist in developing sales strategies and setting measurable sales goals based on data analysis
  • Analyze market trends, account potential, and sales efficiency to support commercial decisions
  • Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams on pricing, profitability, and commercial strategy
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate sales performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Monitor sales pipeline health and forecast accuracy to ensure reliable business projections
  • Prepare materials for business reviews such as Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBR/QBR)
  • Own sales metrics and ensure consistent measurement standards across the region
  • Identify and implement continuous process improvements in sales reporting and operations
  • Coordinate with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to align demand planning with sales activities
  • Stay informed on industry trends and technological innovations to enhance data analysis and sales strategies

Required competencies and certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mathematics, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales analysis or support with proficiency in statistical analysis

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Proficiency in CRM systems, spreadsheets, and data analysis tools
  • Strong communication skills to present data-driven insights effectively to stakeholders
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills focused on improving sales outcomes
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt in fast-paced environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities
