Sales & Operations Executive

Inspire Mum & Baby is Singapore's leading movement, therapy and education centre, supporting women, babies, children and healthy ageing through every stage of life.

We are looking for a Sales & Operations Executive who is confident with people, commercially driven and passionate about health and wellness.

This is a hands-on role combining sales, customer service, centre operations and wellness services. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, recommend suitable programmes and packages, follow up on enquiries and trials, and help convert opportunities into long-term customers.

For the right candidate, training will also be provided in selected wellness services and treatments offered through our Women & Children Therapy Centre.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Conversion

• Respond promptly to new enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, social media and other channels.
• Follow up actively with leads, trial customers and past customers to drive conversion.
• Understand customers needs and recommend suitable swimming, fitness, wellness, therapy and educational programmes.
• Present and recommend appropriate packages and membership options.
• Follow up after trials, consultations and treatments to encourage package conversion.
• Support package renewals, upgrades and cross-selling across our different services.
• Re-engage inactive and past customers where appropriate.
• Work towards individual and centre sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions and sales activities.

Wellness Services & Client Experience

• Support the operations of our Women & Children Therapy Centre and wellness services.
• Assist with client consultations and basic assessments within the scope of training provided.
• Be trained to perform selected non-clinical wellness treatments and services where appropriate.
• Explain programmes and treatment packages clearly to customers.
• Recommend suitable follow-up programmes based on established centre protocols.
• Ensure customers receive a professional, warm and consistent experience from enquiry through treatment and follow-up.

Centre Operations & Customer Service

• Manage bookings, appointments, payments, rescheduling and general customer enquiries.
• Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the centre.
• Coordinate customer schedules with coaches, instructors and therapists.
• Assist with customer flow, room preparation and general centre readiness.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and work with the team to resolve issues.
• Ensure customer information and bookings are accurately maintained in our systems.
• Support centre events, promotions, open houses and other sales activities when required.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in sales, customer service, retail, wellness, beauty, fitness, healthcare, hospitality, enrichment or a related service industry is preferred.
• Comfortable speaking with customers and recommending or selling services and packages.
• Sales-oriented with the confidence to follow up, ask for the sale and work towards targets.
• Warm, personable and able to build trust with customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised and able to manage multiple enquiries, bookings and follow-ups.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced small-team environment.
• Able to use WhatsApp, digital booking systems and basic office applications.
• Interest in women's health, fitness, wellness, swimming or family services is an advantage.
• Training will be provided for our programmes, systems and selected wellness services.
• Must be able to work on weekends.
