Key Responsibilities:
. Proactively canvass and acquire potential customers to expand customer base and drive business growth.
. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote futures products across internal departments and throughout the Asia Pacific region.
. Manage existing client relationships ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction.
. Facilitate and guide prospective clients through account opening process, including trading system demonstration and product recommendations.
. Network with existing customers and deliver consultative solutions to address trading needs actively build and manage long-term client relationships through responsive after-sales service.
. Monitor customer trading activity to assess evolving needs, deliver prompt support, and encourage increased trading engagement through strategic insights and service.
Requirements:
. Minimum Diploma and above preferably in the discipline of finance
. Preferably 5 years of experience in related industry /or with sales experiences of any industry, familiar on the Southeast Asian market
. Experience with futures and options on futures would be highly regarded
. Entrepreneurial flair with a positive outlook
. Result orientated and hungry for success
. Strong interest in finance and commodity markets
. Highly driven go-getter and positive working attitude, with a strong passion to do sales
. Selected candidates are required to pass CMFAS paper 2A, 5 and 6A or equivalent qualification preferred
