Sales & Marketing Executive

Our subsidiary company, Winstar Marketing Pte Ltd, an importing and distribution company (FMCG) in Yishun looking for Sales & Marketing Executive to fill up the position .

Responsibilities:

. Manage existing customer or key account

. Drive offline sales through events, promotions, and partnerships

. Coordinate with retail partners and distributors

. Track offline sales performance and report

. Support in-store experiences and activations

. Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and performance metrics

Requirements:

. Minimum Diploma degree or equivalent

. Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in FMCG confectionary & snack industry

. Experience working with supermarket & retail stores

. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

. Comfortable working with retailers and on-ground teams

. A driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
