Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

. Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate and private clients to achieve sales targets and revenue growth

. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships

. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and client engagement to proposal presentation and deal closure

. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and creative event concepts tailored to clients needs and objectives

. Actively follow up on leads, enquiries, and proposals to convert opportunities into confirmed events

. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and venues to support the planning, logistics, and execution of events

. Liaise with suppliers, venues, and service providers to ensure smooth event delivery and quality standards

. Manage event-related documentation including proposals, budgets, contracts, and client records using CRM systems or event management tools

. Assist in budgeting, cost estimation, and tracking of event expenses to ensure profitability

. Contribute creative ideas for event concepts, themes, marketing materials, and promotional content

. Support marketing initiatives including social media content, event promotions, and branding activities

. Familiarity with basic social media content creation and digital marketing will be an advantage

. Familiarity with design tools such as Canva,Photoshop, or Adobe Creative Suite will be an added advantage

. Ensure all client requirements are clearly communicated and executed according to expectations

. Provide on-site support during events when required to ensure smooth operations

. Conduct post-event follow-ups with clients to gather feedback, maintain relationships, and identify future business opportunities

. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to enhance sales strategies

. Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance tracking for management

. Maintain existing corporate client networks and leverage industry contacts (if available) to support business growth

. Support other ad-hoc duties related to sales, marketing, and events as assigned

Job Requirements:

. Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or a related field

. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in event sales, event management, hospitality sales, or a related field

. Experience supporting corporate events, teambuilding activities, dinners & dances, product launches, or private events will be an advantage

. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

. Comfortable engaging with clients and presenting event proposals, concepts, and ideas

. Good understanding of event planning processes, logistics coordination, and venue management

. Familiarity with budgeting, cost estimation, and vendor coordination

. Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach

. Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven with the ability to meet sales targets

. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

. Experience using CRM systems or event management tools will be an advantage

. Existing corporate client network or industry contacts will be an advantage

. 6-day work week
