As a Dietitian, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy for clients with nutrition-related conditions.
- Assess dietary needs and develop individualised nutrition care plans.
- Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with care teams on nutrition support (e.g. tube feeding, supplements).
- Plan and deliver nutrition education, outreach, and health promotion programmes.
- Develop and update educational materials for clients, caregivers, and community partners.
- Support multidisciplinary programmes and participate in research and data analysis.
- Oversee food service operations, including menu planning and therapeutic diets.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Liaise with caterers and support catering evaluations and management.
- Provide nutrition consultancy and menu endorsement for care facilities and nursing homes.
- Train staff on food hygiene, portioning, and preparation standards.
- Contribute to budgeting, productivity tracking, and financial planning.
- Support policy, protocol, and workflow development for community nutrition services.
- Perform administrative duties and represent the department at meetings/events.
Requirements:
- Degree in Dietetics, or Degree in Nutrition with Post-Graduate Diploma in Dietetics, or Master's in Nutrition and Dietetics recognized by SNDA.
- Relevant clinical experience in healthcare settings preferred Senior Dietitian requires minimum 4 years experience with supervisory exposure.
- Registration with SNDA or other recognized Dietitians Association is advantageous.
