Job Responsibilities:
. Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence and customer base
. Build, maintain, and strengthen strong relationships with new and existing clients to support long-term business growth
. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, prospecting, qualification, and client engagement to negotiation and deal closure
. Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and solution briefings to prospective clients
. Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions, and follow through until successful closure
. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
. Coordinate closely with internal teams (e.g.,operations, technical, finance) to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of products and services
. Provide timely after-sales support,follow-ups, and handle client enquiries to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
. Prepare invoices, monitor billing status,and follow up on outstanding payments when required
. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and outreach activities (both online and offline)
. Support digital marketing efforts, including social media updates, basic content creation, and campaign coordination
. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing benchmarks, and potential opportunities
. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline using CRM or internal systems
. Track and report sales performance, pipeline status, and key activities to management
. Participate in networking events,exhibitions, or client meetings to promote company offerings
. Ensure consistent brand messaging and professionalism in all client communications and marketing materials
. Stay updated on industry developments,customer needs, and emerging market trends
. Support other ad-hoc duties and business initiatives as assigned by management
Job Requirements:
. Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles preferred
. Exposure to IT solutions, POS systems, or technology-related products will be an advantage
. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively
. Good negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales targets
. Able to work independently, take initiative,and perform well in a team environment
. Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
. Good organizational, coordination, and time management skills
. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
. Familiarity with CRM systems or sales tracking tools will be an added advantage
. Positive attitude, responsible, and customer-focused
. Training will be provided for candidates with a strong learning attitude and willingness to develop
. Willing to travel for client meetings or business development activities when required
. Willing to work beyond normal working hours when necessary to meet business needs
. 6-day work week
