SALES & MARKETING ASSOCIATE

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team in an entry-level Sales & Marketing role. This position provides hands-on exposure to sales, marketing, customer engagement and business development.

You will work closely with an experienced team and receive training and guidance to develop your communication, sales and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent and promote our clients and campaigns professionally
• Engage with customers through face-to-face marketing activities
• Understand customer needs and communicate suitable solutions
• Apply sales and communication techniques learnt during training
• Participate in team training, coaching and development sessions
• Work towards individual and team targets

Requirements:

• No prior sales experience required
• Willingness to learn and receive coaching
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive and responsible attitude
• Comfortable working with people
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
