Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily operational support to the Sales & Customer Service team.
  • Assist with the preparation and participation in local trade fairs.
  • Attend international trade fairs when required
  • Support and attend private events locally and overseas.
  • Develop export business from Singapore to Malaysia.
  • Develop import business from Malaysia to Singapore.
  • Handle and respond to inquiries from Malaysian customers.
  • Prepare and submit quotations to Malaysian customers.
  • Respond to inquiries from overseas customers related to Malaysia-bound shipments.
  • Prepare and submit quotations to overseas offices for Malaysia-related business.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma preferably in logistics, supply chain or business studies
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Service focused and customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven, analytical and able to perform with minimal supervision
  • Equally motivated by working independently as well as collaborating in a team
  • Cheerful and pleasant disposition
  • Able to travel overseas
  • Computer Literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc)
