About Our Client

The organisation is a well-established industrial company specialising in electronics and electrical solutions.

Job Description

  • Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up with the relevant teams.
  • Maintain and organize customer records and filing systems, analyze purchase data, and update CRM systems to support sales operations.
  • Manage end-to-end order processing, including preparation of quotations, invoices, credit/debit notes, and support payment tracking.
  • Coordinate shipments and delivery schedules, liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to meet customer requirements.
  • Prepare regular reports to keep the team informed of performance metrics and operational status.
  • Assist management in resolving customer feedback and complaints, contributing to smooth daily operations.
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned, including travel as required to support business needs.

The Successful Applicant

  • Possess minimally a Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in administrative or customer service or sales support roles.
  • Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) is a plus training will be provided.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Mature and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain composed under pressure.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude and commitment to continuous growth.
