Job Summary

Join iZeeM as a Sales & Account Management Executive to drive new business growth, manage client relationships, and expand the customer base while ensuring long-term client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve targeted sales growth
  • Manage and expand existing customer accounts to increase revenue and retention
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact
  • Assess customer needs and propose tailored IoT and telematics solutions
  • Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and presentations to support sales efforts
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and smooth project delivery
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and business reviews to maintain client satisfaction
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within accounts

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales and/or account management
  • Experience in IoT, telematics, or technology solutions
