Job Summary
Join iZeeM as a Sales & Account Management Executive to drive new business growth, manage client relationships, and expand the customer base while ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve targeted sales growth
- Manage and expand existing customer accounts to increase revenue and retention
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact
- Assess customer needs and propose tailored IoT and telematics solutions
- Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and presentations to support sales efforts
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and smooth project delivery
- Conduct regular follow-ups and business reviews to maintain client satisfaction
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within accounts
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in sales and/or account management
- Experience in IoT, telematics, or technology solutions
