Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve individual and store sales targets by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable furniture and home solutions.

• Provide personalised consultations to help customers create functional and stylish living spaces.

• Stay knowledgeable about furniture collections, product features, and industry trends to better support customers.

• Ensure the showroom maintains a high standard of presentation, including product displays and replenishment.

• Assist with stock handling, order processing, and other operational duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in retail sales, ideally within the retail, furniture, home lifestyle, or interior-related sector.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for home design and customer service.

• Proven sales-driven mindset with the ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced retail environment with flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
