Salary Range: $3600 - $5200 + Fixed monthly allowance + uncapped commissions to be earned.

Job Summary

You will build and manage customer relationships by delivering tailored financial advice and solutions, driving portfolio growth, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by assessing their financial needs, goals, and priorities
Provide professional advice on banking, investment, insurance, and wealth management products to meet customer objectives
Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the customer portfolio through referrals, prospecting, and relationship management
Develop customized financial solutions that support customers short-term and long-term financial goals
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team business objectives through effective sales strategies
Conduct regular portfolio reviews and recommend adjustments based on customers evolving financial needs
Ensure all recommendations and transactions comply with the bank's policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards
Deliver excellent customer service to maintain long-term customer satisfaction and trust

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Minimum local diploma or degree in any field
No prior experience required comprehensive training will be provided
