Seashell Academy, part of Suntown Education Group, is a fast-growing PSLE-focused tuition centre specialising in Mathematics, Science, and Chinese.

We help primary school students build confidence, achieve academic excellence, and develop a lifelong love for learning.

As we expand across Singapore, we're looking for ambitious, empathetic, and service-oriented individuals to join our Admissions & Academic Consulting team (Learning Consultants) and make a real difference in children's academic journeys.

Key Responsibilities

l Conduct consultations with parents to understand their child's learning needs and recommend suitable programmes.

l Guide families through trial lessons and enrolment, building trust and long-term relationships.

l Collaborate with teachers to ensure a smooth onboarding and learning experience for every student.

l Participate in marketing campaigns, open houses, and school events to attract new families.

l Maintain CRM records, track performance, and meet or exceed monthly enrolment targets.

What We're Looking For

l Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR)

l Diploma or Degree in any field background in education, psychology, or communications is an advantage

l Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, education consulting, or customer-facing roles

l Hungry for success and results-driven, but committed to consultative, service-oriented sales

l Strong communication and interpersonal skills fluent in English (Mandarin proficiency preferred)

l Able to work on weekends (with weekdays off-in-lieu)

l Empathetic, passionate about children's learning, and motivated by making a positive impact
